Manager, Finance & HR (Indonesia)

A global logistics company is looking for a Finance and HR Manager to join their team. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Finance

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of Finance team
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate monthly financial reports and perform financial analysis
  • Prepare yearly budget and quarterly forecast and review of actual performance against budget and forecast and provide explanations for major variances
  • Ensure adequate cash and liquidity to meet all its obligations
  • Ensure compliance with financial, statutory and regulatory legislations, policies and procedures and deadlines, including liaising with Singapore Finance team, lawyer, external professional and government bodies on audit, tax, secretarial and any other finance issues
  • Provide financial advice to Head of Indonesia to define, develop and execute visions and strategies
  • Provide leadership, guidance and development for members of the Finance team

HR

  • Staff Development / Talent Management
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and liaise closely with Singapore HR department on human resources and other work related issues.
    • Manage the compensation and benefits functions which include monthly payroll processing, BPJS administration, monthly/annual tax reporting (PPH21), salary/bonus compensation management and other benefits administration
    • Timely submission of all internal (e.g. headcount, GCP, budget, quarter forecast etc.) and statutory reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years of supervisory and HR generalist experience
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel at Advanced or Intermediate level)
  • Familiar with Indonesia accounting and statutory rules and regulations
  • Good understanding of Indonesia Financial Reporting Standard and Tax Regulations
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia Labour law, personal income tax and Employee Relations
  • Experience in developing HR policies, best practice and standards
  • Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a pre-requisite
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and other ERP System
  • Familiar with International Accounting Standards
